Alexander WillardCEOThe founder of Lysanda, with 14 years’ experience in the automotive industry. Alex is a highly gifted engineering designer, the conceiver of the Eco-Log™ project and the originator of its patents. Originally training as a naval architect, he then became a power-train technical specialist and programme manager for Ford Motor Co. At engineering consultants MSX he delivered complex advanced technology programmes for a variety of clients including Jaguar Cars before establishing Lysanda in 2005.

Simon HarrisMarketing & Sales DirectorA highly experienced management consultant who has helped to found and fund several high technology start-ups. Formerly a director of Saatchi & Saatchi, he was originally engaged to help raise investment for Lysanda, but found the potential of the business so attractive he joined it full time in 2007. His responsibilities cover marketing strategy and building sales and distribution channels.

David WilloughbyOperations DirectorDavid is responsible for managing the Eco-Log development programme. He has enjoyed a successful 20 year career in automotive product development, both in motor sport and mass production development. David has worked in partnership with Alex for many years and is the perfect foil for him: organised, calm, methodical, with great mastery of technical detail.

Dr Emmanouil (Manos) Hatiris PhD, MSc, BEng Principal EngineerManos was brought up in Athens but completed his education in England with engineering degrees followed by a doctorate in embedded software. He has worked for Pi Shurlok, Lysanda’s software development partners, and latterly for Ricardo Plc, the major automotive technology consultancy. He joined Lysanda in September 2007 to handle the Eco-Log product development process. |
Peter LawrenceBusiness DevelopmentFormer Chief Engineer, Ford Motor Company, and a highly respected figure in the European automotive industry, Peter is in the ideal position to provide advice and support to Lysanda. His particular role is to exploit his many contacts among automotive manufacturers, especially Ford, and their electronics systems suppliers (Bosch, Siemens, Delphi etc). He will also represent the company at industry level with organisations such as the SMMT and the Carbon Trust. |
Conor MolloySales AssociateConor is one of Europe’s leading authorities on Telematics and Vehicle Asset Management. He is an extravert character who knows many of the leading companies and people in the sector. He has advised large fleet operators on best operating practice and the use of telematics technology to control costs. He is also a consultant to one of Europe’s leading tracking ‘black box’ manufacturers. |
Tim YeoMPTim is Member of Parliament for South Suffolk and a leading spokesman on environmental affairs. Before entering Parliament, he held a number of posts in business and was on the board of three quoted companies. As a Lysanda shareholder, he is well placed to support our cause among policymakers in Westminster, Brussels and among environmental groups. |
