Geoffrey Finlay (Executive Chairman)

Geoffrey Finlay, Executive Chairman, is a highly successful, experienced Chairman, CEO and serial entrepreneur, having led the sale of nCipher plc to Thales and as Managing Director during the NASDAQ flotation of JDA Software.
Previous roles include Chairman of UDEX Ltd, a VC-backed business sold successfully to a US fund and CEO at Kewill plc. He is also Founder & Chairman at HOVA Developments, Owner, Founder & Co-Chairman at Organic Vaccines and Founder of Evolution 2.

John Keates (Chief Product Officer)

John joined Lysanda to provide technical leadership to the Product Development team and to take overall responsibility for the delivery of the Eco-Log™ family of volume products to the market place. John has an Honours Degree in Electronic Engineering and has previously worked in the development of engine management diagnostic, simulation and remote diagnostic systems for tier 1 and OEM manufacturers as well as being heavily involved in the development of International Standards and legislation for On Board Diagnostics (OBD). John's career has been with companies such as the Advanced Electronics and Logistics, Automobile Association, T-Mobile (Innovations Manager and Senior Technical Product Manager), O2 Airwave, EZURiO Ltd (Head of Product Marketing) and Laird Technologies (Product Director Automotive).

Hugh Wolley (Chief Finance Officer)

Hugh joined Lysanda full-time in July 2010 to help provide all the financial rigour and operational support and infrastructure needed by a fast growing young company. Hugh qualified as a Chartered Accountant and has worked in a number of fast-growing and fast changing SMEs, in the business to business sector.
He has fulfilled a number of roles, including senior management, operations and purely financial.

Jeffrey Belkin

Jeffrey qualified as an accountant with KPMG in 1986. He had responsibility for group reporting in various roles at HSBC and then at Schroders, where he was head of management reporting for the Investment Banking Group and for the consolidated plc. group. From 2001 to 2009 he was Group Finance Partner at Duke Street, the mid-market UK and France private equity and debt management group where he was responsible for all reporting to investors and stakeholders. Since 2009 he has worked for Edmund Truell on all aspects of his family and professional asset management.

Cédriane de Boucaud (Non-Executive Director)

Cédriane has over 18 years' experience in venture capital and corporate finance working in the US, Europe, Russia and Asia working to fund and build businesses with a focus on energy and infrastructure. She has been involved in funding and growth for more than 20 technology companies at various stages of development.
Cédriane currently manages the Sustainable Technology Fund at Disruptive Capital Finance and sits on the Board of Q Chip, Eco Plastics and PyroPure and Lysanda.

John Spee (Non-Executive Director)

John has over 15 years' experience in business and corporate finance with a strong focus on financial and operational performance improvement and business development.Currently John manages the Logispring Investment Fund and sits on the Board of Lysanda since 2010. Previously, John served as Chief Financial Officer of the TNT Innight Group, the European leader in after-sales spare parts delivery, where together with the CEO he has led the company's restructuring and design and implementation of its new growth strategy, streamlined operational processes, increased financial transparency and enhanced corporate governance. Prior to TNT Innight, John has held numerous executive positions at TNT, Deloitte Corporate Finance and Citibank. John holds an MBA from Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Sebastian Wendt (VP Engineering)

Sebastian brings a wealth of experience from previous appointments, the most recent as Chief Technical Officer at Blaupunkt Embedded Systems GmbH. His career includes extensive insight and expertise within product development for the automotive, electronics, communications and consumer industries, based on embedded systems.

Sebastian’s talents were recognised and awarded in ‘Winner Innovation award of the Network of Automotive Excellence (NoAE) 2009’ which accounted for development of the CoMeT Car Media Gate, enabling the usage of Internet media and services within existing in-car multimedia systems. Sebastian’ also retains several patents covering the integration of internet services with the car and usage of smartphones and tablet devices inside the car mulit-media infrastructure. His role with Lysanda will bring together extensive knowledge, expertise and leadership and further enhance an already established, talented team.
