One of the key benefits of the Eco-Log is its ‘plug and play’ capability. Our code automatically configures and calibrates itself for almost all gasoline vehicles manufactured since 2000. This means that you will obtain accurate, actionable data as soon as you install the device, with no need to enter special vehicle calibration data. We sell one Eco-Log Metro specification, the unit is simply plugged into the OBD and the rest is easy.

The Eco-Log accesses a vehicle’s on board diagnostics system to provide input data to power our deterministic powertrain models. On board diagnostics have been in use since 1988 and were originally designed to ensure that the emissions control equipment on the vehicle was operating correctly and to warn the driver/service agent if a failure should occur.
Over the years a number of different diagnostic interface protocols have emerged within the vehicle systems.
Lysanda’s Eco-Log is able to communicate with:

Our founder, Alexander Willard, invented the Eco-Log technology in 2004. Since then the company has created and developed its own solutions and products to solve the on-board reporting need. We have become experts in our field, with a unique combination of powertrain design, software modelling, system coding and communications technology. We have designed our own software code and our own hardware.
We are proud of having over 120 man years of experience in this highly specialised field, providing us with the knowledge and know-how we need to lead the market.
We have an intellectual property portfolio covering every aspect of our design. Much of this is in the form of international patents, trademarks and registered designs.
